    The midday movement period ended so we got down and recovered the doe and got her cut up and on ice.

    Unfortunately my arrow broke. Found about 5 inches with the fletching and Nockturnal inside her.

    I’m back in my tree waiting for another one. A buck would be nice.

    Just got picked off by a lady riding a horse on the property line. Guess I'm not blended in as good as I hoped. she said oops. I'm going home to have some beers enough of this for one day and see what time the archery shop opens tomorrow.

    Getting excited for the AM hunt, heading south to Maryland supposed to be in the low 40s and only getting to upper 50s have had some good movement the past several days on camera

    I wouldn’t let that stop me. I had two guys on horseback ride by me once at Wattensaw yelling for a dog named Cowboy. They finally found Cowboy and rode back through. An hour later a great buck walked by on the same road the riders had been on.

    I had the landowner drive by on his UTV with a very attractive blonde…not his wife…& later when I called him to ask for help dragging a doe out of a ravine…
    I made mention to him driving by…to which he said “no idea you were here”
    I made mention to great camo

    These doe are so thick at the prop. I shoot 6-7 every year, doesn’t help. Definitely taking the ML out tom!!

    Last day of bear season today. Buddy n I went this morning we each watched a river crossing. His crossing was the one.
