    I haven’t been posting much the past few days but I’ve been hunting hard with nothing to show for it.

    I’m set up in a new spot and I’ll hunt here this afternoon and tomorrow morning. I’ll head home tomorrow after the hunt. The temps are warming back up into the uncomfortable range.

    I’m watching that also. I’ll either be back here or headed to Windsor, MO to try for one of the good bucks up there. Not sure if I can make that trip this year though.

    Good luck. Next Wed looks like an ideal morning to be aggressive in a good spot.

    Wind switch to south and temps that will feel like mid to upper 30s with the wind.

    6pt running around me on drugs. Directly down wind sprints out of the woods to 40yds. Stands there a bit, sprints back into the woods and crashes around in there. Comes running right back to the same spot and is now crashing around in the swamp.

    Can also hear other deer in the thick stuff.
