Its light, I have one shooting lane at 25. Everything else is 20 or less. There is scrape 8 yards from me, looks like it got worked last night, fresh dirt torn up.
Oh yea , I'm 20 feet up a tree this morning. Nice 48 degrees. No rain til this evening. Got in late this morning. Just as it was turning daylight. Did Not see any white flags. So I think I'm good. Squirrels all around me. Blue jays been squawking. Haven't seen any deer yet. Good luck everyone.
Someone else is out hunting ..not too far away from that faint alarm snort I just heard. Raining again. Feels like it's getting g colder. Not sure I dressed quite warm enough. Had to fix a blind window. Rodents running around on the roof chewed through pull line.

Just thinking same thing .I tried ranging the biggest buck but too dark for it to work. They are only 35 yrds away but I could barely make them out from cut logs.
I have to admit my kind of hunting on a cold, windy, rainy day. Just leaning back in a big ole leather office chair feet up watching the woods
