Actually I just realized that I got winded , not picked off. Just once this year I’d like to see something besides “light and variable” winds.
Good luck ash, it was a little cooler than I expected this morning . I'm in though the coyotes were on a bender last night then I woke the both hands not working. Totally numb and struggle to close.
Absolute waste of time for me, I got up to my spot nose running like a faucet. Took to halls once the wore off had to cough and got the heck out of there. I might have been in the stand maybe an hour. I tried taking a couple pics for the LFTS followers but I’m having problems with the website loading and I can’t see other people’s pic either. F it I’m going back to bed. We have decent weather coming towards the weekend I’ll be ready for it. Good luck to anyone who’s out. Hope you feel better OND.
I've been in for a while but service is very spotty. Sitting in an oak flat between bedding and crop fields. Good luck all Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
Actually I thought it was kind of funny. That’s why I posted it that way. All that effort to sneak in and get set up early and I get blown at as soon as I’m set up.
As I sit here moping looking out my back window theres a nice buck feeding in the back field about 400 yds from the house just walking around eating grass. Best buck I’ve seen this year.
I think my early season is going to be hit and miss. My mom, who lives by herself in Florida fell about a month ago. She was in the hospital for a week or so and then went to rehab for a while. We offered many times for her to come live with us but she has always refused. Well after her fall we all decided that this is it, so she is coming to live at my house. I was told originally that my aunt would be taking care of her at home for 3-4 weeks before she came here. Well last night my sister called me to tell me she is coming this Friday. We are not ready but we will do it. So, at least at the start I will have to help my wife get things prepared. That's probably going cut back my hunting time in the early season. But you do what you gotta do. Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
He’s still out there I’m going to make a run at him putting on sneakers going to have to cross the creek it’s 4ft deep, he might be gone by time I get there.
I can’t wait. I just had surgery on my foot 2 months ago for four bone spurs, a floating piece and fraying of my tendons. My toes had less than 20 degrees of mobility. I’m still in and they are already telling me, “this isn’t service related. You were pre disposed to this”…. Really? At 37? It had nothing to do with rucking with 110lb rucks through the Afghan mountains? I can’t wait til I’m out and have to deal with that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
