Tried to predict where the buck was bedding from Wednesday's sit. Found a big bed this morning and tracks through the mud. Doesn't look like a daytime bed so I followed the tracks a couple hundred more yards and set up close to the swamp edge. No wonder why no one hunts back here. Day 2 of having thousands of hitchhikers attached to me. Fing miserable little sobs. Dropped my warm shirt to the ground on accident so I may have to jog in place. 20220923_053359.jpg

I’m set up and waiting on daylight.

Once I got set up the first thing I did was get a drink of water. I inhaled some of it and I’m still coughing.

What a great way to start a sit.

Solid buck I'd have gladly arrowed. Stopped here....all I needed was 5 more yds. Ughhh.

Just seen a big buck behind the cabin.
A bit dark yet so cant confirm but I just may sit this evening .

He was right by the rubbing posts I but out last week.
    Will check cam mid day.
    Looked like a brute.

    Shocker. Mostly burning boxelder.

He came in perfect. Saw something he didn't like and circled me. I actually drew on him after he circled at 20yds. Too thick to shoot. Was a lot of fun.

    I don’t know what’s wrong but I feel horrible.

I’m getting down before I end up puking over the rail of my climber and messing this spot up.
