The exact pack I use now is the Trophyline Platow pack. It's a fanny pack with shoulder straps. Also has straps on it to put a stand. Before that I had a cheap Cabelas pack that had lashing straps on outside and I would strap my stand and sticks to that. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
You folks keep this thread hopping Just talked to a guy that has 120 acres of PRIME land that butts up to a refuge. I asked him if he's seen many deer. Reply : Lots", you wanna come shoots some? Have at it Must be my good looks?
Paracord, Bungee cords or long Nite Ize Gear ties and you should be good to go. That is what I did before I wisened up to the ways of the saddle.
Backpack straps on my XOP with bungee cords to hold the sticks down. When I do use a backpack I will hook the backpack straps to the teeth of the platform on the stand. Works flawlessly. Yes I know there is risk of the teeth hitting my in my neck/head if I fall forward. I have my stand the opposite than this one.
Same board as the bean weed plot was flattened. Went to check card. Batteries dead...excited to card home...empty! Dang those batteries did not last a month!!!!!
Don't feel like you're the only one in that sinking boat. Put a cell cam out overlooking the feeder, 5 Days since last communication(setup).
Well that kind of sucks. Settled in or passing thru? And how is that affecting the elk? Dangit, I'm needy, Bill and need details.
I don’t even have any 150 class deer around here, but if one walked in, I killed him and you were outside at your place you’d hear screaming coming from a southerly direction.
