    We are close to a drought here in MO. Badly need rain.

    Not if there is cattle on the property and it placed for primarily for their use.

    The cows use it as well. Can’t stop the deer furthermore it’s stated as a specific exemption in the law. I wouldn’t call it a loophole. And in fairness that part of the farm isn’t even hunted, though not for that reason.

    It's all good, I actually forgot about that exemption. I used to hunt a farm with a lot of cows, I should have put out some minerals just for inventory and pics. The farmer would have been fine with it, I just never thought of it

    We were in the same boat until a little shower the other night. We were suppose to get rain this morning but nothing yet. Our next week is suppose to see a bit of rain every other day. Believe it when I feel it.
    To that the o ly spri g frost seeded plots I did look pretty good in the shaded woods. The open clover field didn't make it .weeds are even sad looking in it. Late summer plots of rye / rape goes in this late July and Sept.
