My son does skulls, euro mounts in our neck of the woods. They come out pretty good. Definitely money to be made in the business.
Just pulled up to ye old parking spot. 64 degrees and sunny. Not a cloud in the sky. First order of business is checking to see if the white oaks have anything and if they are dropping. No signs of red oak acorns yet anywhere. Good luck PM shift!!! Fullsend Friday!! Fill your Freezer Friday!!
Walked out the kinks and heading out in a bit. Taking crossbow this time, it gives me just a little more range. Besides that with back nerves acting up it assures a shot if I get one. My draw arm is what was numb this morning.
Remember fawns will do fine without there momma. So if the opportunity arise, you should take it, your due! Good luck buddy! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Headed in. It's hot and I'm already sweating like a lady of the night in church. Perfect winds to let me sneak in tight to a bucks bed to see if someone is home.
Hurt my knee a week or so ago… Can’t even remember how it happened but I’ve had a dull pain since it happened. Was at the hardware store yesterday and knelt down with my ass just about to the ground… started standing up and my knee made some noises that were not right. Almost sounded like crunching. Still a dull pain but I really hope it’s not serious and won’t affect my hunting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
All setup! I was already at full draw on a spike at an unknown distance. I was finishing up settling in and caught some movement. I hadn’t ranged anything yet, had just nicked an arrow. He was on my weak side, I had time to turn around and come to full draw. Wasn’t confident on the distance. I guessed 25 yards but didn’t want to take the chance with it being warm. Ranged the distance afterwards….33 yards. I did the right thing! Good luck y’all! They are moving with this moon phase!
