I’d stay away from it then, I been in situations like that and they don’t end good typically. I think you’re making the right call….But it Depends on the guy and your friendship , bc I had bucks I been after for years a would have loved for a buddy to kill !

Good luck if you are out! I have been home three and half day this week, including today, with sick kids having the stomach bug. Unfortunately, my wife (she is a teacher) doesn't get home early enough for me to slip out for the afternoon. It has been pouring rain all week. Today is the first day in six that it hasn't rained.

Hoping I can get out this weekend, we will see, all dependent on how the kids feel.

Yes good luck everyone. I'm in , my house looks like a Christmas salvation army store blew up in it. Tony and I are having the same weather. 25 and just enough snow to make movement easy to see.
    Stay safe and have fun

Landowner from North Dakota just got back from his Florida vacation home and received our thank you card/gift card. Got the approval to come back anytime we want.

We saw a lot of deer. Just does and fawns during the day. Big bucks on camera at night.

The first 2 days the wind was blowing 40mph with higher gusts so that made it real hard.

Pulled my last camera. “Mega” gave me a beautiful 30 second clip stand still making a scrape on 11/21. Wanted that right side to show show his big droptine. 16 or 17 scoreable points with the drop. Biggest buck I will likely ever have on camera. Wish I could post videos.

I can’t put that buck on social media with locals following me. I’ve posted every other buck I have had on camera to my Facebook so I can look back at pictures and stuff.

If I had a buck like that walking around, I would have passed the bucks that I killed. I would grow a beard and take a month-long leave of absence during November, extending into December if needed.

Me too man. Me too. Jobs and time off can suck it. Took almost all of my days off before I got a picture of him.

Even killed my rifle buck because I had 0 pictures of him. Then he just shows up randomly at 1230pm on 11/21. Deer are crazy.

finally, after a two week break .. .. (w/Bow) back out in the AM trying for a good freezer doe (100lb'ish/1.5yr'ish) ... border line winds with e/se where I'm going .. rain out today, and rain again tomorrow PM, so I'll hit the AM ... heck, winds/weather have sucked this whole season for me, so nothing new .. glad I bucked out in Nov. .. only a few more sits possible this season (IF the weather/wind co-operates )..
