    Good luck guys ..all my gears in the wash and I'm in Christmas mode. Thats not to say I'm done yet. I do have a doe tag for camp. A actually 4-6 for here at home Doubtful they will be used at all.
    One last note on that shot...I happened to glance at pics from the blind I posted before the shot. The one points right to where I dropped him. On first glance I exclaimed out loud " How the Hell did I even see him!!!" Hahahaha

    Still kicking around heading to MO. We have this buck that was seen yesterday by the other guy that hunts it. Caught him snort wheezing. At the 30sec mark. He has lost so much weight .

    I've had Influenza all week. Finally no fever. Trying to hold the cough in. Out with James, hes looking for a Muzzy deer. Anything but a spike or unicorn works for him, they are illegal.

    The only reason im hesitant is because the guy i work with who solely hunts this property has never killed a huge buck. He is so excited for this buck. Even though he is telling me to come out there and hunt again this year i do not want to because i will feel like a jerk if i end up killing this thing. Which the odds are low but you know how that goes. I just wouldnt feel good killing it knowing how bad he wants to so i dont want to put myself in the position with that much temptation. Would be hard buck to pass unless i had a definite “that buck is off limits” from him and he would never say that.

    Yea he was looking around in all directions. Maybe they do this when they are just feeling tough to let other bucks know that may be around. It is interesting like you said. He definitely didnt look like he was focused on anything in particular.
