Couldn't handle the cold and did a perimeter stroll . If I were hunting coyote I'd have it made. Not single deer track. I'm at my first cardboard blind built in I think 2009. Still nice and dry though will need a new cover this year for sure.

My cell cams been blowing up all night and morning. Must be a second round kicking in. Lots of movement between a few different spots. They are all within a few miles of each other though

Sounds like BnB is rutting pretty hard, especially after some comments he made the last couple days! Haha

Might be time for you to hit a couple local bars buddy!

Not sure if you'll find it on Google but I think it may have been our Out Door News before this last one. DEC did a genetic test on one taken ..IN NYS, results were wolf, I believe Canadian wolf.

I'm back having coffee and another turkey wrap. ...man this has been a bummer season here at home. I'm not sure the doe population will recover. That said perhaps that it what it will take to get rid of these coyotes. Deer down, they go through the turkey then ,squirrels. Then eventually need to move on.

hoping to get out for half day hunt tomorrow (plan was half day today as well but my daughter needed me to pick up my grand son today).

Have 7 more days of ML season and then a 4 day doe hunt to get through. Then 4 weeks of late bow season. My unit finally got off the Holiday hunt requirement. So no longer have to endure a doe only season from 12/24-12/31. That hunt would not be so bad if my unit would extend the bow season to the end of January like every other county that fell under the Holiday hunt requirement!
