Life is too short to take any of this seriously. If you’re not having fun you’re doing it all wrong. :tu:

JW - congratulations on the doe

Lc - sorry to hear about the miss

Cls - money spent on tags is never wasted

1 doe and 1 coon tonight is all I saw and then I jumped in the combine for the last hour of harvest.

I've driven by this place public place several times over the past month. Was at my daughter's soccer practice this afternoon so I swung by again....Looks like vehicle access just opened. Bow only.

They are a lot easier to “catch” after you put a broadhead through their lungs.

    I do believe your right!

This year has been tough for me time wise. I haven’t hardly been in a tree this year. Life has me way too busy but I enjoy watching this thread. Hope to get a chance to launch one soon myself. I need to find a break.

There is a freight train out my window this morning and getting worse as day goes on, perfect! My excuse for resting up from yesterday's camp hunt. My mountain goat days are getting tougher...lol
    Good luck guys

Got set up about 20 minutes ago. It’s finally cold again which is nice.

Rain, work and warm. Cold front move in tonight, but warms back up for the weekend.

Good luck for those lucky to be out this morning.

Just had a single big deer cruise by at 30 yards. It was 3 minutes before legal light and all I could see was his body. Sure wish he’d waited about 5 minutes so I could see what he was.

Im thinking I picked a really good spot.

Oh yeah, this is a great spot. I just need to move about 45 yards west.

I had two bucks come in from the north. One was a big boy. He was about 60 yards at the same spot as the buck yesterday. he went west.

The smaller one was still great and he turned and went east. Thought he was gonna come to me but he didn’t get closer than 45.

    Great morning.

If I guessed the area correctly based upon your description in an earlier post you are in an area that I wanted to scout last year when I was out there and didn't have time. Looks good on the map.
