Slow morning. I haven’t seen any deer and heard very few shots. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Well I'm down. I did see 18 this morning but no horns. All in all, a good morning! Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
4 hours out from our destination in ND. Landowner is in Florida for the week… said none of his land is posted and to go wherever. Scout from the road this afternoon and get a game plan set for tomorrow. If nothing looks promising we are bombing south east to a different area. Cold and 20-30mph wind all week. Finally back in a stand this afternoon....It's been 12 days and I have been going through withdrawals LOL - Good luck everyone
I found something unexpected when I skinned and quartered the buck this morning. He had been shot recently with what looks like a crossbow bolt and a Muzzy broad head. Whoever shot had taken a quartering to shot and hit the shoulder blade. The broadhead was right behind the right shoulder blade in the outside of the ribs.
Sitting close by that sign I found the other day. Wind blowing into the slough. Water ends and there are a bunch of tracks crossing toward fields to north.

Dude I just left hunting and witnessed one of the Funniest things I've ever seen. 2 guys in a small mini car come flying past me on a small country road.. Instead of going down the road they jumped over a mud embankment and went right into the middle of a farm field. They are now stuck in the mud and I saw a peed off farmer In his Gator driving toward them.
Our rain fog lasted ALL day and has turned to freezing rain and light snow. The winds switch tonight through tomorrow SW 4 to 9 mph. Want to guess where I'll be?... taking saw this time just in case. Good luck guys
