Damn, this cold front that came through last night has me on fire. The smell and feel outside this morning and predicted for the next few days has me bouncing off the walls!!!
Well all I had around me were birds, song, crows, a hawk. I was soaked by the time I got home...it's just wet out there. Will see what winds will be doing for an afternoon sit. Got home and shot a bit with a practice arrow I keep in the quiver. It's been a few days since I had a chance to shoot 2" high, inch rt. Not bad because it's and old aluminium arrow that's lighter than my hunting arrows. It's more of a Wood Chuck and muscle engaging arrow. I also got out the crossbow and shot . Of course dead nuts
I’m with ya, I’m now watching my two nephews and my daughter. 3.5/2.5/1.5 is it too early to crack cans?!? Once my duties are fulfilled I’m going to go fling some arrows! I need to get my garage ready for deer processing too, crap everywhere!
Would someone kill something already??? Y’all that can hunt already… KILL! This small talk is killing me Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

How funny is this that you posted this and I just made this stupid video today. As you can tell my video editing is commensurate with my 47 year old lack of tech savy rear end. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CifhRSVD8x3/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
Bam!!!....There goes that afternoon sit. The winds perfect for a behind house sit NNW. Neighbour logged this past winter. It grew all summer farmer planted corn next to us. Deer leaves nieighbuor and walks our place, kitty corner to the corn. I have a perfect ladderstand set they walk by. Three shots so far.....4,5,6,7....target shooting in the middle of his woods...lol So with a good breezy and winds..just may sit one of the blinds. The oak ridge will give me the biggest area to view. Even if nothing comes in close enough. I'll get a idea of movement. I hope I won't need to bring the gun out before Sunday
