Going to a spot I’ve saved all year. Have not walked in there, no camera or anything. Going in at first light so I can be as quiet as possible. I don’t hear any wind out. Time to get after it. Good luck.

I put doe in heat on my boot to walk in. An unknown deer just followed my trail probably 100 yards and is now bedded 30 yards downwind of me. 45 mins til legal light.

All setup…1 hour and 45 minutes later. 3 falls on the E Bike… one really loud F word on the second fall when my bare knee hit a rock…one bout of nausea from hitting my knee…hope my arrows are still straight…all in the past now! Pain is temporary, antlers are forever. November 8th!!! LETS GO!!!!! Good luck y’all!

I’m heading in, already windy as a front is coming and is going to be crappy and rainy for the next 3 days or so. Good luck everyone!

Nine so far, but I'll give at least one of the does I have on ice here now to my son and possibly two if he doesn't kill one himself.

The rest of the week I can only shoot does so this afternoon I'll be back out after them. If I kill another one or two @cantexian can take it/them home with him. His wife told him not to come home empty handed. Gotta make sure that doesn't happen or she may not let him come back.

Good luck to everyone who is out there chasing them this morning.

Absolutely. I'll be heading home today to cast my vote. Home for me is only 30 minutes away so it'll be a quick easy trip.

Heck with it. No quiet way to get in here. Put myself right in the craphole where I think they will move and bed.

This may be my best set up this year. Hope they are on the move

Wow have I been hunting in the wrong spots!. Back at the blind and finally light enough to see. No sooner sat down and I was surrounded by deer I mean under the windows spooky and some snorting but they just kept coming back . Walked off quietly 20 mins later. Finally got bow set up and I hear a grunt and here comes a buck couldn't make out his rack so big spike let him pass at 23 and watch him make a rub and go back to bedding ..Now I look up to see a doe feeding this way in the field. Fun morning and not even 7 yet.
    Good luck guys.

Don't like the wind direction this morning. Not that it doesn't work but more so I seldom see deer with East wind.

BUT, it IS go time. Got to be out. And just as I type this, I have something moving about 35 yards out. 15 minutes to light

I'm just waiting for legal light. Heard some racket on this long ridge next to me as I climbed into this tree. Sounded like multiple deer on a run. Impossible to get in here silently with all the leaves, so I'm guessing they were running from that. Very quiet out with no real wind to cover my entry. Bah.
