    My guess is he’s taking it all in, and I don’t blame him at all. After 5-6 years of applying for a tag, preparation, scouting, and having it all come together is something that can’t be replaced, only slowed down just a little.

    I totally get it. When im in blood scouting/tracking mode in areas with spotty service anyway the last thing im thinking about is whipping my phone out to give updates.

    Sorry everyone my damn phone died! I shot a buck! I was trying to slow play you all but not that long lol. 2nd pic was it’s belly it crashed across the creek, shot em at 21yds. Rattled him in and he came up the creek bed bristled and snort wheezed at me , turned and went to side step the hill and I sent an arrow his way. Was a crazy morning, waiting to recover him I saw 5 other big bucks. Been waiting to come here for 6 yrs and can’t believe just like that it’s over! Here are some pics, he was all rutted up and stunk to high heavens.
