Starting to get light out. I'm set and ready to rock. Sent from my SM-G990U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
It's light here. I went in blind and you never know what your stands going to look like until it gets light. I think I nailed this one! Got 2 natural shooting lanes, one to the right and one to the left. Got about 40 yards covered that I can shoot. Thinking first deer won't be through til about 7. Another 15 minutes I hoping for some movement. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
All is quiet here. I didn't bump anything in either which was good. Very quiet this morning. Wind is perfect so if something wants to come through I have the advantage. Sent from my SM-G990U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

I called it for the morning sit. Didn't hear or see a thing. Was a great time to be in the woods though and I enjoyed my first sit of the season.
I'm out also. Didn't see or hear a thing. Sit #2 done and zero deer. I don't like this! Haha I decided to scout down the deer trail towards fields to see if I could find what's going on. Not even 50 yards away I find a camera with a scent dripper on a mock scrape. It was fairly new. So that explained the no deer this morning. I did walk into a deer on my way in this morning. Got to 10 yards, looked like a small doe or fawn.
Anyone keep these once winter hits? This one is pretty big and low to the ground. Sent from my SM-G990U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I'm heading back in! I probably won't have enough service to post, but I will let you know if something happens. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I felt the same way in Kentucky last weekend. In my opinion this full moon in warm, early season temps makes it a tough time to start. It can still be done though.
I agree. It was a crazy huge orange moon last night. But when I got home the wife told me there were 3 deer in the backyard all evening. Go figure Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
