Had 6 more does and fawns come through. Now one fawn is bedded about 50 yds away and the others are milling around about 75 yds away. Wasn’t planning on sitting all day again but they are blocking my exit route. At least it’s more bait for bucks.

Is that the same buck? Can't tell if he has a droptine on the right beam in top pic. Bottom pic looks a little narrower on spread as well.

    Either way, kill him!

It was more like a mist that was supposed to stop. It did. After it turned to snow or 10 minutes. Was pretty cool.

Back home. Jack squat for me. Glad I got that cluster EFF out of the way before my 6 day stretch coming up. Sadly, I won't be going deep again this year. I'm not in good enough condition to make the walk in/out and the E-bike is useless on the hills, and leaf covered loose rocks. My own fault for trying to take the easy way out. Hard pill to swallow. I'm going to be in my old go to rut spots to get it done. Good luck PM shift!!

This is a wide, short racked 8 point I passed last year… 78 degrees and he walks out at lunchtime… and I’m at work

You must be mistaken Tony. Everyone is saying that bucks don't move in warm weather.

On a serious note, can you request an HD video of that?

Winds are still whipping here, sound as high as they have been all day. Had a 55mph gust between 6 and 7 this morning.

Dragging a mature buck 100yds out of a swamp might be one of the hardest things a human being can do. Man I’m out of shape.

70 in November. Climbed up the hill, glad I brought a second tshirt. Pretty windy. Trees are swaying. I'm at the intersection of three logging roads. 16676752451138254922362796821911.jpg 16676753231682719050828735086651.jpg

10 minutes on stand this afternoon and a doe fawn came by at pt blank. Come on big woods buck. Would be cool to add to LCs 50 yr history with this place.

Yeah, I don't know that I can get a good enough swing where it is. Bolt cutters going to be tight as well. Might end up haveing to use a cut off wheel.

Forgot to add in the time change tonight to that rant as well. I hate Fall back.

Rained out this morning. Haven’t been in the stand a hour seen 5 does and what looked to be a 2 year old 8pt chasing one of the does. I’m sit up in a thick creek bottom.
