    Anyone ever hear from Pitman?? I know he was having some unknown health issue and hasn't been on since Jan 2020.

    my vac #2 starts tomorrow Fri. , 30+ mph winds/73 deg .. Saturday rain, cooler 64 but wind gusts to 58+mph ..... well, at least that wind will rip many leaves down .... Sunday is the better day ....

    Verified my theory that the does/fawns are at the cut corn fields. 3 of them around us PACKED with so many deer.

    Back at it tomorrow to hope for some chasing. 15-20 degree temp drop will make it finally feel like November.

    nothing for me t9day. I had an uknown point buck walk by my camera on the other property i have permisison on at 6:10PM and with the correct wind tomorrow, I will be in that stand.

    No, I've PM'ed him a fee times over the last couole years hoping an email might reach him. Have the same concerns about his health and closeness to the beginnings of C-19.

    Walking out I spotted a buck cruising through the middle of the corn field. Could barely make him out. He was on a steady pace towards bedding.

    Finally caught up, have to admit I gave up trying last night and stopped on page 367.

    This week has been mentally draining for me at work, but it's finally over and I am off through the 13th. I am tired and with it being 80 degrees tomorrow and near 50nph winds Saturday I likely won't mae it out until Sunday. Maybe Saturday afternoon if the winds die off as forecast.

    Been a trying first week, but I made it through it and really need this escape. Almost feel as if everything was timed perfectly for a reason, and that is not in regards to the hunting aspect of it.
