YESSSSSS! I think you'll find him.

Do you have some sort of app on your phone to show you where you have walked?

Last time my felt wore down, I used the sticky parts of a band-aid. It worked like a charm, and its actually still on there.

That’s not a bad idea either. This felt I put in was brand new. That’s why I can’t figure this out.

Smashed my bow sight on a rock coming down the hill last night. I tested it last night and it was shooting 6" to the left. I sighted it back in this morning and my site picture looked different. Looks like it knocked the bubble level out of there. I reached out to trophy ridge to see if they would send me one. 72 degrees. Headed in.

I totally forgot to turn it on yesterday. The tracker had his gps on. We covered 2 miles and alot of that was re-starting the dog over and over again. The only thing she locked on was this ditch in corn. That red smear on the log was right at end of ditch. Still dont think its blood but also the few drops of blood leaving the bed were right in line with that ditch. Which leads directly to this property. It might be a long shot but at the same time may be a good chance if that makes sense. Ill reply to this with a map of blood, bed, and some details

Never mind. I figured it out.

I was sitting here trying to figure out what would cause this and I realized that I had taken the prong odd to remove the old adhesive residue and apply the new felt. When I was finished I had Greg put it back on for me.

The screws weren’t tightened down enough. That was the problem. I tightened them and it shoots as quiet as ever.

Makes me feel kind of stupid. I should have thought of that before now.

The chase continues! Awesome on you for trying all avenues. I went thru this last year and it took weeks of jumping thru hoops to try and find the buck. In the end for me it was all for nothing, but at least it's a peace of mind, that you did all you could.

the yellow is shot poi and last blood/bed. Yellow arrow leaving bed was few drops and last we found. Right toward orange ditch. Orange arrow going to west into block of timber is where i i need to get. The log with smear is right at end of ditch.
