. Do you guys think this looks like blood? Its a smear on a log same direction buck could have travelled. It scrapes off with fingernail. Id like to go back and hit with peroxide. If that buck stumbled and went down might have done this? Also… take in consideration steady mist and drizzle for last 20hrs b4 this pic was taken.

Looks like that or a old painted fence post dragged over the log, taste it and see . Def could be blood. Any thing like that on the log or nearby? Maybe red algae or something.

Heck yeah! That's awesome. Great shot on the buck.

I didn't see a pic of the arrow - I think that was a corn stalk with blood containing bubbles - the ground looked a little wet so the corn probably was too a bit

I don't think it is blood. It would be darker....if it didn't get washed off

It is worth a shot of peroxide, just to give yourself some piece of mind.

Are you looking for him? I really don't think that's blood. Good luck if you're doing a search. You never know.

Thought the branch was the arrow…thought gee that looks sparse. Looking back I see it was the branch/stalk it must’ve run over…makes more sense.

That’s what I get for trying to sneak a peek at LFTS from work…
