    There are two parking spots. One small one. One big one. I parked in the small One. He has a pre set stand up on the ridge. I saw it this past summer. I guess his ocd made him walk a straight line to it instead of adjusting for his fellow bowhunter and walking an extra 200 yds. He raised his bow in the air when I whistled like yeah yeah. I guarantee he would never do it that if I were at the base of my tree. He would piss his pants.

    I'm about ready to pull a Holt and go sit right in the middle of the bedding area. :) I just took some deep breaths. Maybe the guy is having issues and just wants to go to his stand. Negativity leaving my mind.

    These pics supposed to be flip flopped but if I was a mid- Michigan buck I'd be cruising this military crest ridge 20 yards from me scent checking that 3yo clear cut thicket for some hot ladies... instead I get about 15 toms and jakes

    He said he would call me at 10:30 waiting eagerly at the gas station. I did go out from opposite side of property and glassed and walked slowly. Didnt see anything. Dont want to muck it up for the dog so ill wait patiently

    He did see all the pics i sent him and responded. “That is a dead deer” So i guess i e got that going for me haha. I figured he was but with the way my season has been going zero chances taken.

    I had a doe come through about 5 minutes before legal shooting time. Then had a 6 pointer come to the edge of the plot and look for does and then went back into the woods.

    Back at it this afternoon for a Halloween buck!

    The crappy part about this is that I have actually been sick the last 3 days. Cough, runny nose, phlegm, scratchy throat. Inhaling as many vitamins as possible.

    All i have to do is make it for kids and trick or treating for Halloween or my wife will kill me. Other than that i will be looking for this deer. With or without dog i guess
