SOB, just got busted by a huge doe with her button buck.
They’ve been working my way eating acorns for the past 15 minutes, closer they got the more they were getting into my wind. They got to 25 yards but I just had no shot and she finally caught my wind.
She didn’t blow, just turned and trotted off

That's the buck I was here for! He's too small. He made a scrape just out of view on the field edge and came in to 7 yards.

I'm going to be here for a couple minutes. Spike and doe came to the field. 6pt there after. He started posturing then he and the spike tangled for a minute. The doe did not stick around. I did have a shot at the 6 but holding out. Now I have to try to get out of here. Saw a total of 10 deer today that's a great day. No giants but we got time. Good luck anyone who still is out.

At least you got to see him and make that call. Is he a 2.5 or 3.5 year old?

Got 3 does around me. Gonna see if the green laser really works to move them off.

Yes! Now I don't need to worry when no one is home. Usually the wife comes out in the ranger. They are so used to that they barely move out of the way
