    I would have shot him although there are bigger ones in the area. I get 2 buck tags so id have no problem

    Only reason I mentioned the points was I had mentioned a 3rd purchase(the arrows without points) were 316 grains. Then I relized the 4xx grains were including the practice tips. Forgot I deleted that oart of the original :lol:

    Tree getting down from. Wind was swirling bad. It was the right call strategically or was it?… haha whatever if i would have stayed put he would have caught my wind and bolted. Just wasnt meant to be.

    I'm up. About hour til shooting light. Think this is the earliest I have ever been setup and ready. Usually rushing and first light hits just as I'm set. I had a plan and it worked, I got in clean I believe. Found this spot last year and it's only place I had any rut action last year. Let's hope the deer are still moving. High 40's and a good stiff wind this morning, which seems rare, usually dead still.
