    This weekend is basically it for me! My wife is being induced on Thursday so it’s time to go big or go home! Hopefully able to put another deer or ideally two in the freezer this weekend!

    I’m out, nothing else except I came across a stinky buck scent stream on the walk out. Could not see him but holy crap did he smell

    I took gratuitous(?) Really? How'd auto correct get that from.....A.J. ....to zoom around the garden and finish up planting my garlic and collecting seeds.
    I've opened the garden and the deer took full advantage. I had to really search to find enough Dragon pole bean pods to collect. They still have more left to draw them in though.
    While out I checked scrapes and cam. Day time mid to 3 of a big doe and fawn. Scrapes worked and a second- was made next to a many year old one. So I'm thinking the boys are finally moving in. They are hassling the doe in sanctuary and that has them day time moving. Dominate buck and doe pee are only scents I've used on scrapes and boot soles . No estrus for another couple of weeks. I Will be. Calling though and very light rattling. Depending on what wee hours listening tell me. Haven't heard anything other than a couple of weeks ago while walking A.J.

    Been hunting awhile and never seen weather predictions like they are for the first 10 days or so of November. All South based winds. That's crazy.
