    22 more trays of jerky going, and thar's the last of it.

    Fell asleep last night so first batch dried a bit too long. 2 gallon zip locs crammed full. Still edible, some of the thinner pieces are a bit crunchy, and what I'll take to work for all the moochers :lol:

    Top is entry from what I could tell gutting him got one lung looked like cut the back of the other one shot him at 27yds had to watch him feed on acorns up the hill to me he doesn’t score much but he might as well be a booner to me I really appreciate the help you guys gave and getting follow along with all y’all it makes hunting that much better

    All set up on state land. Ran into a guy who was getting to go in on the side of the road. Told him where I planned on going he said he was going to scout in to that area. I told him I had a camera down where we were both going so he decided go in a different direction. Nice guy. When I get to my camera it's facing the ground. Hopefully any pics will tell the story of what happened.

    I'm about 60yds off the edge of the clear cut and I like this spot but part of me wishes I was right on the edge overlooking it so see where they enter and exit it if they are using it.
