    I had forgot to mention but that arrow and broadhead killed both bucks this year. Broadhead was a NAP killzone. Luckily the head is still looking good.

    Be nice to get some Halloween snow like we did back in '19. That damn near lasted until late November. Pretty rare for that to occur though.

    Snow on halloween would make for a sweet kickoff for the rut. I wish but will not see that until I am done moving around in the military.

    I'm up for the afternoon! Got done work and headed straight to the woods. Did 2 hours of scout and didn't find much. A few fresh scrapes and half dozen rubs, but all small.

    I chose to sit between 2 bedding areas. I blew one out. But got 4 or 5 transitions converging, 2 bedding areas and a cold water spring crossing all dumping into a large ravine, heading to a creek. Best pinch point I could find in this big woods.
