    So didn't go out tonight, was raining steady and I don't have any wet gear. It was a bit chilly and didn't want to deal with that.

    So next hunt will likely be Friday morning. Only one of us 3 have hunted the south side and have been talking to him the past 2 days at work. It is loaded with deer from what he is saying. He shot a fawn Friday and didn't recover, said he went back in Sat. before light for a morning sit while waiting to pick up the track. Said he seen so many eyes reflecting everywhere on the walk in.

    Brought the piece up on OnX and zoomed in, noticed the little cemetary bordering the southern piece was private land and owners name was same last name as coworker who's family donted the northern piece years ago. Parking spot potential, went and talked with him and it was no relation. Dammit!

    So think I will hunt that Friday amd Saturday, tear down the failed blind when done and plan for public land hunting.

    Good luck Tdk! Went to cut some willows for final touch ups on duck blind and the deer are like cockroaches in all the cut corn

    Not sure what to do for the mornin… sleep in, hunt the same spot I hunted this morning, or hunt the stand where I got a picture of a big bodied deer this morning, couldn’t see the headgear on it but the size of it says buck to me
