I was making a joke about you saying my arrow looked bad on the doe I shot that crashed 90 yards from where I shot her, not you saying the blood from someone else’s shot looked bad.

But hey, I’ve already killed a deer this season Joe. :whip:

Good sit is an understatement! I’ve never seen that many deer in one sit and I’ve been hunting 40 years… jealous!

Sorry for the delay. Quartering towards. Buried the bolt in the Buck. Entrance in the shoulder. It's a dead deer. Followed good blood 50yds to a blow down. Bleeding out left side which would be the broadhead sticking out on the low side. I came to a blow down. No blood going through it . No blood left. No blood right. So I'm thinking the bigger back tracked and sure enough second blood trail veering slightly off the first one but then they combined. I cant find where he jumped off the back track. Used my onX to mark last blood and will come back in the AM with help. I have a feeling I was within 50-75yds of him but couldn't see more then 20ft with the lights and it's really rough terrain with 10-15' drop offs . Long night ahead of me. Hopefully the yotes dont get him.

Well, text a bit with other hunter who went tonight. He didn't go on south side as the wall was too long, hunted on the north side and didn't see squat. Sad he probably won't go back. And then there were two, have a feeling the other guy who is hunting it tomorrow won't go but once as well.

So then it will be me. I didn't take any additional time off for this hunt knowing what a pain it would be to hunt, so I'll have 5 days to do something. 7th-9th and 14th amd 15th.

When I fill out the survey at the end I'll voice my displeasure. No reason whatsoever they cannot allow parking off the shoulder on other side of bridge to access south side.

Will be one hell of a drag, especially for me who has only dragged 2 deer probably a quarter mile or less

I don't see how you guys do the mile and longer drags

When younger, I'd carry m like a fireman., over my shoulders.
Way faster (but messier)then dragging. 20221001_200949.jpg
    But alas, those days
    are done!.

I carried (over the shouders) about 1/2 mile through the woods whole.
no breaks. Legs were like rubber when I reached my truck!

Guys don't see a deer on one hunt and quit altogether. Those guys should go back in and give that hunting lottery land to hunters that will have at least some guts to continue on when things aren't easy. One hunt and quit. Weak.

I've seen them like that, but yeah not fond of being that covered in blood without access to a shower for an hour plus.

Electric bikes with triler etc, why the hell i there not an electric cart? Selective 2/4 wheel drive with 3" wide 18" wheels and high/low gearing for climbing obstacles. Also has a neutral so you can manually pull it to the deer and not have to use battery(s) both ways.

    Instant number one seller, guaranteed.

    P.S.

I did not google such an item before posting, so it may already exist.
