Ended up seeing a total of 4-6 deer this morning at the gun club, didn’t have much on my camera up the hill so I think I will be in the swamp on Saturday for a little bit! See if I can’t get lucky!

Neighbors phone goes right to voicemail. Left a message but no call back. Long way around again today but didn’t take the field edge near me. Took advantage of the stronger south wind and moved a camera and pulled a few cards on my way in.

This guy was here late last night so who knows.

Getting everything set for the Satarday hunt. I found a cam that had a card and one pic from 2019 in it. Batteries were just starting to leak. So I cleaned it all up put in New batteries and set time date stamp then checked and it took pics. The other cam I have on a plot has doe no buck. Hoping to shoot a doe Saturday morning. Got Rivers blind cleaned and new window covers done. Well I had one more project to finish. The chicken coop blind it was an open blind under the chicken coop roof . But faced the north west and was freezing and wind blown. The coop did not have window openings that you could shoot from just high under roof vent and light fenced opening. Well took the battery jig saw down and ripped 5 Windows in. They have a vinyl cloth covered adjustable window cover on them until next year. This sits right on the inside lower corner 40 yards off the corn field along our line. I also discovered all our posted signs magically disappeared along that line so I made a bunch of stakes with our metal signs attached and pounded them securely in along the line..
Did some shooting and gathered some clothes to hang out side.
The low tonight is going to 35 °. We are in a,real old time fall yeehaw!
