I have 2 dozen Chestnut with 7 producing well. I haven't been able to get any to roast for hubby they get hammered. It's the same with Kiwi, I managed to get just a hand full before the vines were stripped. Literally they browsed the leaves as well.
Should pick up later in the week/weekend. YMMV regionally (local weather dude says SE may see a few showers this).
I know many states open Saturday, mine being one… cannot wait Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Yeah, we are in the weekend warrior portion of what seasons are open. It won't be long and we won't be able to keep up.
Looks like rain Friday through Monday here. I wasn't really planning to hunt again this weekend anyway, but it still sucks.
They weren't calling for rain Saturday, though I really do not know how it will miss us as fast as that hurricane is moving and it's path. It hasn't stopped raining here ALL day and most if last night. At least the electric finally stopped turning off. That said at least one breaker has had enough action it finally tripped. Will need replacing we think.
E-scouting....... Enjoying the perks of being just an intern....... (I already saw my 4 clients for the day, lol)
Ehh....I like Caltopo and Huntstand. OnX did not impress me as I don't need to know the names of property owners. Caltopo gives me the usgs maps. What I really want is a program that has contour lines closer than 10' in elevation change!
I had Huntstand but I didn't have enough millennial skills to know how it worked. I sheepishly called and got a refund. Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
