    In the blind with my youngest. It’s hot but the wind is blowing in the right direction for this spot. My #1 buck got shot last weekend during the rifle opener but there are a couple of other bucks I would like to kill if they gave me an opportunity.

    Its ok. Pack all the decompression into the amount of time you have. These days, its all we can do.

    Took a 140 shot at a doe about 30 minutes ago. She just slowly turned and trotted with off with tail tucked. Going to give time before looking. Didn’t act gut shot, trotted to easily but not a hard run either. Goving it time.

    meanwhile two does and a couple if little bucks are in the plot now.

    I should have thought this through. Of all the days to shoot this little guy I’m way over on the other side of the property. No driving no atv.

    Kind of a tongue in cheek comment. If it is more than a fork horn, it HAS to be AT LEAST 2.5 yo...in certain locations in MI.
