Ended up seeing a little basket 8 that would not respond to grunts or snort/wheeze. he would look back every now and again but just kept on walking the way he was originally going. roughly 50 yards was the closest he got.

I don't know what I got or where I got it from, but right now I feel like (to use one of my wife's phrases) "hammered dog s**t". (Yeah, don't forget she's a retired Navy Chief also.)

I left all my gear except my bow in the tree and I know now I'm not going back first thing. I'll collect it when I wake up . I'm not going to set an alarm.

Good luck to everyone getting after them tomorrow.

Yeah, that's what my Dr. Told me. So when I had surgery last August I maxed out my out of pocket. Went for a follow up in September and reluctantly mentioned going ahead and getting it done. He said 45 was being studied and had not been reccomended yet. So I still await 50.

I'm up showered and on the throne.

I woke up last night at 8:20, got pissed immediately knowing I had overslept somehow. Then it dawned on me how dark it was and I had only been asleep for an hour and a half or so.

Not sure what the game llan is today, should be one other hunting today, kind of thinking another may show up "sick" from work.

Pressure is off so know worries on where I sit. Good easterly component to the wind today makes it good for most stands. Wind has been upped for today and rain downed a bit for tonight/tomorrow.

Right there with you Jim, driving home last night I saw a lot of bucks by them selves. I swear every deer that I seen was a buck by himself. So hopefully they will searching again.

    The one buck was impressive.

Drinking coffee will be leaving soon.

    Good luck killers

I saw several dead ones on my way in to work this morning. Only one small buck standing along the interstate, but they must me on the move.
    Good luck this morning guys!

All setup down at couch rock. 48 degrees, broke a sweat climbing..wtf! 15 minutes till legal shooting light, but it is overcast so it’ll be a bit longer till I can see my pins.

Today could be a turning point for all of us, could break again at any minute. We got this y’all! My positive vibes sent for Clint yesterday worked, so here’s some positive vibes for Jim, mudshark, and myself!! Good luck everyone

Im hoping to let one fly in the next few days. My trigger finger is getting itchy! I get 2 bucks here too so i may lower my standards a little at least for the first tag. 54 degrees. Wind is iffy. Going to a tree i have sticks in already but if wind shifts too hard i may have to tear down and relocate. Have a nerve study procedure on my back today so i only have till about 10-130 anyway. Good luck everyone else! We are in the double digits of november! 11/10! LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!!!
