    In the ol gun stand dad and I built when I was in seventh grade. The plastic chairs finally but the dust after about 25 years, my stool is in the blind. Scrounging around the garage, I found this old barstool from when we lived in the trailer (circa 1994). I whacked the legs off, now I’m thinking about a few more mods. Swivel plastic boat seat, baby!

    I sure hope the weather forecast is accurate for this morning.
    I have one stand I REALLY want to hop into. Shows questionable wind when I climb in 1/2 from now but (supposed) to switch to favorable an hour from now.
    Eff it, Nov 7th. Going for it!

    Shooter 200 yards north of me in a picked cornfield by a brush pile. Probably has a doe pinned down. I think it is the same shooter buck from Thursday night. Nice 8. Lost sight.. down in a low spot.

    Steep drop off in front of me probably a good 70 ft down. Deer walk the edge. I'm expecting to come from right to left. Just a travel path really no food all pines behind me. 1636288455626.jpeg

    Handful of other bucks after daylight. A 6 point that will be a nice one next year and a similar 7 point. Both were 14-15” inside. Hoping for some more axtivity
