    Big mistake on my part - good question, but must not of had flash on and the blood pics are dark. I suck. Hence the blood on tree pic. At least that one turned out.

    Congrats to my kill buddies! Man thanks everyone for all the support and congratulations! There I was it was finally the magic 3pm hour!! Heard some twigs snap behind me and knew it wasn’t a squirrel, turned around to see a doe with her tounge hanging out panting… knew what that meant and then I saw legs in the brush followed by the tines busting threw! Instantly knew I was shooting this one. The doe brought him by at 18 yards. Believe it or not I actually shot this buck in the exact spot I shot my opening day MD buck. Shot was perfectly tucked behind the shoulder, he mule kicked, she ran off, he trotted 10 yards off, tucked his tail and locked back on the doe, followed her for about 20-30 yards before he crashed I could all but see him crash, still too thick to see completely but I destroyed both his lungs and took out his heart and he still chased that doe for 20 yards!!! Can’t believe the season I’ve had, 3 bucks! All buck tagged out, I’ll give it a rest here for a few weekends then maybe try to get a doe or two for the freezer in December or January!!!     actually, dumb as I am when I typed that earlier, I wasn't thinking- I shoot lefty even though I am right handed. I landed on my left/draw shoulder. It's pretty jacked but I can do it (or could this afternoon - we'll see how it is in the AM.) It's actually my collar bone that took the worst of it. I pretty much destroyed it a few years ago and this isn't as bad as that.

    Worst case scenario, my dad's crossbow is here in the camper with me and he's not, so if I can't manage in the AM I will take that. I shot it already a couple weeks ago so I know it's sighted for me as well.

    Not that any of this matters as I have yet to see a legal buck and only 3 deer at all so far.
