    Ok guys. So I have a hail mary option as well.

    I have posted the main property already previously.

    Now, not abutting it to the south, but an acre or two between, my uncle several years before his death bought another 5 acres that came up for sale. I have never set foot on this piece, and as far as I know no one else hunts it regularly. Uncle told me a few gun hunt it when I asked, but no one that hunts the main property hunts it.

    I would have to make entry from the road obviously, would likely ride 4 wheeler down. Long walk otherwise and likely nowhere to park truck safely.

    If you were to burn 2-3 hours in the afternoon to quick scout for a morning hunt, how would you approach?

    Thinking walking the creek looking for a heavy crossing, creek should be shallow but may be deepest at the road coming off from pond across road. Likely have some sort of west wind then some fashion of north wind towards the weekend with a cold front coming in.
