    I haven’t been updating much here, but I’ve been hunting hard.

    The wind finally shifted to SW and I am finally in “my valley” here in the National Forest.

    I got set up around 3:15 and at 3:45 I had a buck walk in to 45 yards. He looked like about a 90-100 deer.

    I’m hoping that’s a sign of things to come.

    I had a feeling they started harvesting, didn't end up driving by it this morning. Figured isn't going to change my sit one bit, I'll see something or I won't.

    When I got in stand and started cooling down, I could hear driers on in the distance. Hadn't been on the previous 4 sits.

    I'll find out Monday I guess. Have a south wind Monday and west Tuesday. Making a gameplan for the gillie suit Tuesday.
