    Southerly wind and temps into the 50's not uncommon on a kill day. Would like to fill that gap, 6th and 11th I believe are 2 days in November I have yet to kill.

    All set up in MD, I was expecting to have my dad sitting all day with me but got a call last night that he got a buck at our family friend property in PA and didn’t end up getting home till late! I’m ready for another all day sit, Thermos of coffee, big jug of water and 2 PBJs. 29 degrees here this morning and had a lot of action on camera yesterday! Hopefully a big boy comes through here this morning!! Good luck guys! IMG_4771.JPG

    Finally settled in atop cardiac ridge. 2 hours since I pulled in and shut off the jeep. Heavy hard frost super crunchy. The walk in was so effing cold, I think shrinkage happened. Made a rookie mistake once at height, in unclipped my pull line to my cold weather gear twenty feet below to have it slip outta my hands. Had to climb down to get it of course. 45 minutes till legal shooting light!

    Great signal and setup near last week's scrape. 2 effs this morning : 1) big ol clank of the stand buckle 2) coffee led all over my extra warmth layers...

    Lights out and quiet time 45min till light.
