    I have a few times in the past with no response. The bucks here typically run from a grunt call or snort wheeze.

    Had a 4pt follow the same path as the does. There was another deer with him but couldn't make out what it was.

    Little diversity. Hope a buck will either come into check this bedding or i catch one already on a doe passing through. Here we go again. May take a week off after this then hit it again till gun season on public down south

    85% sure my toes are going to freeze right off. 20 degrees is the limit for my 400g dannners and merino wool socks.

    get you a couple of zippo rechargeable hand warmers. They double as a supplemental battery for your phone (or headlamp if yours is rechargeable.) Game changers.

    I keep smelling some kind of vanilla scent from somewhere. Strange but it smells good. Weird there's nothing around unless someone is burning something.
