Setup in some thick stuff, wind is kicking, got three scrapes, an intersection, and the start of the rib line in front of me. Have to be on my toes, they’d be on me before I’ll see them and the winds going so I can’t hear very well. Fingers crossed they’re moving now that the rains gone.
Big flock of all hens just strolled through. I'm now hearing more above me..no deer. Turkey season ends tomorrow. .may take the shot gun out in the morning. .just to guarantee I see a monster buck..lol
2 does and a single east of me, off property and 2 came into bean field, west, and spooked. East wind. Corn north east of me is getting picked. Could help me out.
Bring the bow too. Done it many times...just dont get caught. I usually lower the scattergun on a rope and then let the free end drop to the ground after shooting the bird. Usually do this on a pm sit
Take a shot with the bow. I've done it. 15-2 , 1 kill, and a miss I've been busted more than I have shot.
I actually checked that out legal as long as weapon is legal for game your hunting. Got it in writing from DEC

Got a chance to use the new ars enal. Doe at 6 yards. First pic is of arrow. 2nd is 2 little bucks looking at her. Went 40 yards.
