Nothing for me. Left my climber at the base of the tree so it will be ready to go next time I hunt that spot. Might not be back out until Friday. Good luck to all who get out the rest of the day. I’ll be following along from work.

A one hour hunt turned into a 2 hour one.
    Had deer all over me.
One real dandy at 15 yards but was not able to confirm what he was so I passed.
    Young bucks chasing hard.
    Fun morning.

Nothing this morning… Might not sit that stand again until the first week of November. It’s got all the goods - that’s where it’s going to happen for me.

When I was 17, I killed 6 deer in one season with the same three arrows. Broke in high school and I made it work lol

Pay attention to the wind, your entry and exit... Don't leave scent, or have them downwind and your odds only improve! Good luck tonight!

Buddy just got this on camera on our place. 40 yards from my stand. He’s heading in there tonight to try and kill.

That's nothing. In 2018 I killed one deer with 5 arrows.

(this is an inside joke here.)

You're right... I couldn't kill one of these suckers with an AR-15 let alone 3 arrows.

The rest of my arrows/broad heads are sitting on a ship in the ocean waiting on the President of the United States to wake the hell up...

home, JUST Rodents AND Jays seen. Though I clearly heard a buck.
Stopped being fun with dueling nieghbors blasting guns infront of me and guy on next road over behind me honking a horn. Then you have my hubby, leaf blowing. Who had gone to work. Looks like NO ONE on the hills at work.
Hubby having dental issues the type that has him saying when I'm dead don't forget to pull all my caps/bridges they're all gold.
So he also dropped off the back pack blower to be fixed. He was pretty mad at it and ended up buying the biggest stihl back pack they sell before leaving. He's back at work again.
How to tell all your bow hunting neighbors have dropped their bucks. They are all out there blasting up their woods getting ready for gun on the best day yet for buck movement and before the rut. So that's not a bad thing for me.
