Good luck to those out braving the weather. Cameras were very quiet overnight and this morning. When this weather breaks they will be moving.

Came to full draw on a doe 25 yards out. She turned toward me as I drew and while I was waiting on her next move, she caught a whiff of something and turned to run. Bah! She was up wind. Not sure if there was a swirl, but she never did blow. Just disappeared.

3rd doe came to the other 2 then started making there way towards me. Pretty sure the lead doe saw me move and they turned around and left. I should've been more patient and let them come.

One small buck came through 20 minutes or so ago, then had a decent one go through in the brush. Couldn’t tell how big it was other than it was decent. Rain has held off so far, supposed to start any time now.

Wet overcast morning with a light chilly breeze. Perfect set up for a kill… not one deer yet

6pt possible small 8 came through with a spike the same trail the doe came in on. Out of range. Giving it another half hour.

Weather joker was wrong again. Wasn't supposed to rain. Stepped out of the shower to KABOOM. Coming down in buckets.

Now it's thicker than pea soup. Can't see the apple tree in the front yard that is 30 yards away.

It is supposed to rain this afternoon. Guess I will pressure wash the house then watch the Packers and Steelers play in the rain....that won't come now that I've decided to stay home

Wth! Little buck, full tilt, chasing a doe, grunting like crazy and he pushes her right to me. Never could get a window to shoot her for about 5 minutes. Then all of a sudden the buck goes hauling the other way blowing like a doe. Completely up wind, no chance it smelled me. Chasing and grunting on Oct 3rd? By the time she gave me a clear shot she was on springs at 40 yards. Crazy morning.

My BiL and nephew went to Slipknot day before yesterday, said it was awesome. Never seen them live in person myself.

I've studied the deer on our hill for years. Take out man made obstacles and certain cropping the deer here(buck) have about a 3 day rotation to make the rounds In their territory.

Time to pack up and go get some grub. Two good encounters, two trash pandas and tons of squirrels was about it.

...Yep had that yearling dogging the doe like a hound of Oct 1. Nose right to the ground running through the woods. Anxious teens.

Still raining but very warm, it's kept the big Tom's in the field feeding. Now fog has rolled in. Wish rain would stop, I actually like hunting in fog.

Ps I enjoy Bow hunt or die videos but also others. Thus this question. Posting here because of traffic.
Has anyone seen any new THP content? They are usually cranking stuff out good by now and the last I saw was 5 days ago.
