Just had a big arse doe and button come by, damn was I tempted. Can’t bring deer across Ohio state line with head or spine attached and I’m not prepared to store 1/4’s for my drive back.
I broke it down and oiled it. Some of the screws had backed out too. Ha. Working great and I have a back up. Bam.
Had two shooters at 80 yds sparing till dark, didn’t come my way. I saw how they entered the field, I’ll be back out Sunday or Monday depending on wind
So for those of you with cell cams out, how atrong of a signal do you need? Do you use your phone for strength or does the camera have some sort of signal meter? I wouldn't mind getting one or three, but signal strwngth for my phone is spotty at best certain parts of the property.
You can get away with one bar I would say. Just use the strongest signal provider for the carrier. Typically AT&T or Verizon. You can always try one then return if no good. They cams or apps will give signal strength.
I have been just using the SPYPOINT cell link, I have so many cams so it’s easy to just turn them into the cell cam. Pls it’s free up to 100 photos and for 5$ you can buy 50 Hd photos. So if it see a buck you want a better pic of you can request Hd and the next transfer they will turn that pic into Hd. Served me well, especially bc I can get the cell links at ****s sporting goods for 40$
Just got in and settled in NJ. Saw lots of deer out on the way to the house from the interstate. 4hrs of sleep, then up and out. See ya in a few.
That is the same thing I have on our farms in Ohio. Signal goes in and out and I tried Bushnell & Moultrie and they never worked. This year I bought a Tatacam Reveal X AT&T and it works in all of my spots. I was amazed that it is able to send but all the reviews I read lead me to purchase one. I have 2 now and I'm looking at purchasing another soon.
Lots of ppl should be out this morning. A lot of states open up today. Heres to seeing a lot of bloody arrows today. I'll be out tomorrow. Let's go!!!!
