I access the forum on my phone through the browser. much easier and smoother navigating, and doesn't use as much of the battery.
LOL the neighbor is still down in that swamp messing around with his backhoe doing I do not know what. other than getting stuck. It's literally a giant muck puddle. I could understand trying to make a pond. not a water hole because it is nothing but springs leading to streams in the entire area. It's no wheres near houses so it doesn't' effect buildings or yards. He's in his 80's. thinking no real need for a pond,seeing he filled in everything he dug up. The only thing I knew ,knew for sure is, it use to be for years some of the Best buck bedding around...until....now.
Picked my arrows and broad heads. It's a combo of mayhems with thunderheads and G5 and gold tips. Just what's flying best. New batteries in flash light. Final shooting done, maybe one more tonight after dinner. Quiver filled sugar free cough drops set. Water bottle ready to fill. Just need to decide on clothes to wear ..It's a bit chilly. Got new thermal insoles for rubber boots. It's pretty wet out there. Did a mid day card pull...only one spot with activity. Doe and a small 6pt.

I’m up in Ohio! On a ridge that comes to a point. Field edge is about 30 yards behind me and bedding/creek below. There’s a big intersection on this ridge, hopefully X marks the spot. I haven’t hunted back here for 10 yrs, this is where I cut my teeth in Ohio on public, keep y’all posted!
