I'm starting a tradition this year. My old aging rear end is gonna get my first professional massage and a chiropractor visit before my hunting break starts next month. Hunt without pain=more time to KILL

    And because....

I'm not scared of many things in life, but a chiropractor is one of my fears. I don't think I could wver do it without wanting to punch them in the face. I'd never be willing to let someone grab me by the head and twist/snap it.

    I can't do it.

Tell them to do everything minus the neck snap.

I’m a big fan. They’ve really helped me out in some cases.

Also, I used to think the “out there” stuff some of them do was just nonsense. One time I was getting my back adjusted and the chiropractor asked me if I have any allergies. I told her I get poison ivy and poison oak like no other. She did some voodoo stuff and I kid you not, I did not have a poison ivy or oak breakout that entire fall. And I’ve been covered in the stuff from September through November every year so I sure know when I’m in it. Probably all in our heads, but I don’t even care with those results.

I am telling you, no BS- a chiropractor and acupuncture/massage can change your life in one visit.

Great idea, VS. I haven't been to mine since C-19 broke out. I think with my weight loss, a visit to him and his in-house e-stim/masseuses is just what I need pre-season. I have been cracking my neck a bit lately after several months of remission.

cls- yeah, it's scary the first time. But once it's done you have no idea how good you'll feel. It's like growing taller and lighter at the same time.

I'm doing it. My 13 yr old told me I'm following through with it no matter what. Ha. I've been in a lot of rotating back pain lately.

All of you chiropractor freaks need a physical therapist! They help to improve strength and flexibility and the body will pull itself back into alignment. Chiros treat symptoms, while PTs treat the cause.

Just had my daughter go through PT. It was $786 out of my pocket for every 50 minutes. I’m going to have to need PT before I go.

I hear ya! 14 sessions for a shoulder injury. Blew through my deductible and the family deductible in no time.

The wife got the benefit though. Had bunion surgery and only paid $800.

I’ll be out this evening on a new farm I just lucked into. I went down their road to ask for permission to park to access the public behind their place to shorten my walk and the owner ended up offering to let me hunt their place. No one else hunts it and they say there are piles of deer. It’s in a WMU I can get doe tags OTC and unlimited, so might have just found my doe gold mine haha.
