    Heading into some public I never been to bc I’m feeling frisky tonight, gonna scout and hang and hunt. Did some map scouting today after cutting the grass. I saw a big big 8 here driving by, would be nice to catch up with him.

    Hoping to repeat what all the sharpshooters have been doing the last 24 hours. First sit of the season, let’s do this.

    Acorns raining down from every tree except from the white oaks. I need to find a different food source. I should have scouted the swamps to see if the pea size swamp berry things were out. I don’t know what they are called, but look like this and I’ve seen the deer eat them before.

    Found a pretty killer spot, at least it looks like it. It’s a hub of 5 small ridges they all lead from fields. One big green field, one corn field and the other are overgrown fields. I’m off the hub about 50 yds by the green field. Wind is iffy for the green field but I’m thinking they’ll come from the overgrown side to green. Time will tell, shoot straight fellas ! First sit for me.
