I just had a small buck walk behind me at a good distance. It disappeared as quickly. I can see much farther with the leaves gone!

Just crawled in. I was at the base of my tree and had a really nice 8 walk past below me about 80 yards. No idea I was there. Crawled up and looked around and noticed 2 tails going away. Must have been bedded close and saw me.
Gonna have to hold on super windy.
    Good luck !!

I’ve bumped him 2 times trying to get a shot. He runs 35 yards and beds I’m gonna come back in the morning. Hopefully he’ll be dead by the morning it’s been 7 1/2 hours and he’s still not dead idk how. I can’t believe my arrow setup got that little penetration through his shoulder. Every where he runs my arrow is just waving along with him

If he beds that quickly he will be dead shortly. Your bumping him accelerated his death time.

Yes, if he's bedding that quickly with you still close by, he's nearly finished. Don't push him anymore and you'll probably find him dead in the last place he bedded. I think you've got him!

Most years i have a yote problem, so for me it would be tonight.

Got a portable spot light? If you can see him from where u are now, you can always check on him.

Im home now. He’s in a spot it would be impossible to see him unless you were right up on him. I reckon I’ll go back tonight around 7 or so

If you can observe without bumping him anymore, watch him until it is dark. If he dies before dark, great! If not, back out and look in a few more hours or in the morning.

The meat will be fine with that temp.

Do what you think is best for your situation.
