I’d say there is a good chance. Did he buckle when you hit him? How he react ? How he run off? Best thing to do is nock another arrow sit down and enjoy the view... give it a little. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He ducked a bit at the shot. He didn’t mule kick but he did dart off and looked like he was about to crash when I last saw him but never heard him crash. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Remember the spot you last saw him. Don't rush things. When you do get down, look at the place where he was standing when you shot him. If there's blood, give it some more time. If you don't see any blood at that spot, go to where you lost site of him and see if there's blood. If not, back out for a while. Try to find someone who has experience to help you with the track. Good luck everyone! I got up at 3:30 and went back to bed after seeing the temperature was 9 degrees. It’s still only 10 out right now.... Just couldn’t do it....
I just had a half hour long encounter with an amazing eight pointer. Rattled him in from 80 yards away, but I couldn’t get a shot. He wouldn’t commit and finally ended up skirting around me and I never saw him again. I bet a decoy would’ve sealed the deal. BASTARD!
I’m finding bright red blood with a little bit of bubbles consistently still haven’t found arrow Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
