I feel your pain bow brother. I don't put in the same off season effort as you, but damn this year has kicked my ass. All I can do is keep going and you will do the same. I keep telling myself in the end it will be worth it. Even if I eat my tags it will be.

No, heavily pressured muzzleloader season right now. I'm good with my season being over. I really need to get my sh!t together with school. I was really bad this past fall.

I’m out. Just saw the one buck very briefly. He wasn’t big. I also heard my first grunts, they were a good ways behind me though.

I’m just thankful I at least saw something!

Is it too late to ask for a legitimate prayer for the season? I gave a short one, but I might be on the outs with the man upstairs. Maybe. Not sure.

Hello gang! I’ll be hunting finally, next 3 days. I can’t even describe to you guys what I’ve been going through for the past couple of months.
I had a gas leak in my home, didn’t know it and it was slowly killing me. I’m lucky to be here and still have all (or most) of my marbles. I was walking around like a zombie, and could barely drive a car before I realized what was happening (doctors were clueless). Thank god I did, and I’m still recovering, but I’m back!
I was following along, Congratulations to all the successful hunters out there that I missed!
Can’t wait to be in the woods again, and I really need to fill my freezer.
I’ll be live tomorrow, good luck all!

Wow, that is crazy. Glad you were able to get it narrowed down to what was happening.

That's scary! What kind of gas? Natural? Sounds like the best thing is for you to get outside and get some fresh air on the stand

Sounds like you had a carbon monoxide leak. That can be very dangerous and have long lasting effects. I'm glad things got figured out before it was too late. Welcome back!
