Just found out my Sister-in-law and hubby Are moving into a house on 25 acres here in RI (Renting). Problem is...I can't stand the guy. he is a classic one-upper, if you've done something he has done ten times harder. He also exaggerates everything to the point of nausea.....

RI season goes till January. I'm disappointed in myself for even thinking of asking him If I can hunt because I don't want to see the guy or hang out with him and hear his bullshit stories. I think it will be pretty obvious too if I just call and say hey need help moving? LOL Nah...my season is done, I'm already in that mindset.

Our Officers recommend writing your driver's license number on the outside of your cameras before setting them. Any time a CO sees someone with a camera they check to see if it is theirs. Usually there is no proof. Can't stop them...but might be able to slow or punish a few of the %$%(

Hey guys that doe I shot Sunday morning ended up hitting back lung liver and a tad bit of gut. I field dressed her as soon as I Could and rinsed really well. She layed for three hours before I recovered her. This is the first deer I’ve ever hit gut on. Is the meat gonna be fine when I get it back from the butcher? I figured it would but would like some insight. Thanks guys

I may be alone here, but I think those movies are brilliant, especially the first one.

3 hours isn't terrible. As long as you rinsed it out well I wouldn't think it would be terrible, but don't know what temps you were dealing with at that time. Ensuring you thoroughly rinse that stuff out usually takes care of it.

I forgot to tell you guys of this awesome find today. 1 in a million. My buddy and I slipped into the woods about 11 to scout a bedding area. After we get out we discover this in the roadway. I have a better chance at killing a 150 inch deer today than this ever happening again. 20201116_104229.jpg

Joe thanks for asking. My buddy said "is that a sweet potato?". I went over and kicked it and noticed a rubbery texture. I guess one of the young Marines thought it would be funny to launch a Male "toy" into the roadway near my friends Jeep.

:lmao2:Probably has a few miles left still.

I looked all over gods creation for the buck I shot on Friday, I truly think he is still alive. I have cams all over an praying I get a pic of em, still sick about it. Hasn’t happened to me in a very long time, very humbling. I will be back out tom to continue the search then I’ll be back hunting.
